New Lewi, a Jamaican-born, Brooklyn-raised rapper, fuses elements of alternative rock and hip hop in his music, reminiscent of the style popularized by Gym Class Heroes. Having collaborated with various artists, including punk rock band The Dissidents, New Lewi’s recent endeavors include touring in Europe and performing alongside notable Hungarian bands. His latest EP, “Don’t Let Them Foolya,” features the motivational track “Move,” which has garnered positive reviews for its uplifting energy and infectious flow.
